Prior to our initial meeting Sarainah was fully prepared. She had comps available for us to review and had done all the preparatory work we needed to make a decision to work with her. It was a unanimous decision to have her work with us. I had a renter coming in that I had agreed to before we listed. Sarinah was able to schedule an open house before my renter appeared and home was sold in two hours. We then had to have inspectors and appraisers come in and the process could not have been more respectful. As I am a remote owner and live in another state it is not easy to find repair people for the few things that have to be addressed. She came through with flying colors and satisfied all repairs needed. I had issues with the county that needed to be addressed. She referred me to the right folks to get things straightened out perfectly. I am usually a do it yourself person but that was not possible here. She was even the best hand holder when things felt tight I will honestly say she made it all work as smoothly as possible with the best outcome.
